When our establishment was founded over five decades ago in 1973, it began with a straightforward but vital purpose: to supply the foundational hardware and construction materials required to help build a rapidly growing Kuwait. Over the last 50 years, we have done exactly that—proudly anchoring some of our nation’s most historic mega-projects, from Kuwait University and Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Hospital to major national energy initiatives like KNPC’s Clean Fuels Project.
My journey with the company began in 2008, following many years of academic study in the United States completing my Ph.D. in Econometrics and Master’s in Public Finance at the University of Notre Dame, alongside gaining deep operational, budgetary, and personnel leadership experience overseeing massive infrastructure networks. Stepping into the role of Chief Executive, my goal was to combine our rich family legacy with a modern, data-driven approach to global trade.
In today’s fast-evolving global economy, staying relevant requires a deliberate balance of strict risk management and bold diversification. We have carefully refined our business model to ensure we remain highly agile. Today, we are not just a wholesale powerhouse in industrial hardware, tools, and construction materials; we are a multi-sector enterprise that actively looks toward the future.
